The Valley Branch Watershed District (VBWD) Board of Managers has prepared its 2005 - 2015 Watershed Management Plan.  Revisions were necessary to the previous 1995 water management plan because the VBWD completed all of the initiatives set forth in that plan.  A plan update was also required in order to comply with provisions of state laws and rules, approved county groundwater plans, and other regional plans.
